For sake of conversation, let's call it a "life plan." This plan is not set in stone, much like with a business plan, but it will help you make consistent progress while managing life's challenges and interruptions. Our coaching methodology will not only help you develop your plan but will help you stay accountable to implementation.

Weekly Schedule Optimization
Are you a business owner, manager, or entrepreneur? Our optimization service can help you craft a weekly schedule that helps you minimize stress, get more done, and adapt week-to-week.

Session 1 (75 min)
Deconstruction &
Reconstruction
This 75-minute session will initiate the start of this process. In it we will deconstruct your current work duties in order to identify where your time is needed and we will reconstruct your weekly schedule.
Weeks 1 & 2
Implementation
You will use this time to implement the weekly schedule along with any other assignments provided by your coach. Support will be provided as needed via email and/or coaching portal.
Session 2 (45 min)
Modification
This 45-minute session takes place at the end of Week 2 (approximately 10 - 14 days from Session 1). The coach assesses performance data and recommends actions for the following two weeks.
Weeks 3 & 4
Optimization
A 30-minute session (Session 3) takes place during week 3 or 4 and serves to finalize conclusions reached throughout the process. Client and coach discuss any next steps during this meeting or a final 15-minute session (Session 4).

Where are the coaching sessions held?
All sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet.

How do I know if coaching is for me?
No worries. That is what we can determine during our 15-minute phone call.

How long are the sessions?
Meetings are typically 60 minutes. Exceptions to meeting length may be made based on request for individuals with 3 or 6-month packages.

Can I just do one session to try it out?
Yes. We actually offer a 1-month package that includes one 60-minute session. You can decide after that if you want to continue with sessions.

Are there different coaching plans available?
We offer 3 and 6-month packages. The major difference is in price. However, in most cases we are able to make modifications to our services based on the needs and preferences of our clients..

What is your cancellation policy?
In general, you will make a partial nonrefundable payment upfront and if you decide not to continue with coaching within the first 30 days you are not liable for paying the remaining balance.
