30-day Weekly Schedule Optimization

Session 1 (75 min)
Deconstruction &
Reconstruction
This 75-minute session will initiate the start of this process. In it we will deconstruct your current work duties in order to identify where your time is needed and we will reconstruct your weekly schedule.
Weeks 1 & 2
Implementation
You will use this time to implement the weekly schedule along with any other assignments provided by your coach. Support will be provided as needed via email and/or coaching portal.
Session 2 (30 min)
Modification
This 30-minute session takes place at the end of Week 2 (approximately 10 - 14 days from Session 1). The coach assesses performance data and recommends actions for the following two weeks.
Session 3 (60 min)
Optimization
A final 60-minute session (Session 3) takes place during week 3 or 4 and serves to finalize conclusions reached throughout the process. Client and coach discuss any next steps during this meeting.

Our "3 Aspects of Success" epitomize our approach to helping individuals achieve the results they desire. Most individuals are still in Aspect #1. Not because they haven't put forth the effort, but more so because they have not been shown how to develop a sense of urgency that launches them into Aspect #2.
