FOR SCHOOLS
We help teachers.
We help students.
We help teachers help students.

What do academic performance, school culture, and teacher satisfaction all have in common? They hinge on student behavior! The better the behavior the better the results in every facet of education. While we can measure the results of negative behaviors, oftentimes it can be challenging to systematically mitigate them because there are various causes, many of which have more to do with what occurs outside the four walls of a school building.
The Solution
Negative behaviors among secondary students are significantly decreased when students are engaged, motivated, and autonomous. As a result, schools are able to significantly improve academic outcomes and the life and career trajectories of students. Effective time management is a "soft skill" that when taught effectively can greately assist schools in creating positive behaviors that impact school success.
Ideally, effective time management should produce substantial improvements in classroom climate that can be measured through the following five metrics:
#1
Independent and group engagement
#2
Study habits and academic outcomes
#3
Goal-setting and subsequent behaviors
#4
Prioritization and personal responsibility
#5
Planning and self-reflective practices

At Refresh Coaching we help schools build student ownership through time management—helping students organize priorities, set practical goals, and follow systems that improve performance and decision-making.
