Our Process
We know that both teachers and administrators have enough on their plates as is. Therefore, it is our aim to lessen the burden by providing both student support services and flexible implementation.
Our Process
SCHEDULING
Once communication is initiated, we will discuss your needs, formulate an instructional framework for your unique circumstances, and develop an agreement for our services. We with work with you to coordinate initial day(s) and time(s) and operate on a rolling basis as needed. We know scheduling changes are inherent to schools, so we are flexible.
IMPLEMENTATION
We offer a variety of instructional modalities for students, including schoolwide assemblies, workshops, recurring "labs", and ongoing coaching. We understand the complexities that go into a school day. Therefore, we not only focus on delivering an excellent product while onsite but also stand ready to adapt to changes within the day.
SUPPORT
During the span of our partnership, we will be available by phone or email during our typical work hours (8 am - 4 pm CST) for any questions or concerns you may have. Furthermore, we offer professional development workshops that focus on time management, productivity, and wellness for faculty and staff.
